I love these early morning workout tips from Dashing Dish!  I find that getting my exercise done in the morning leaves the rest of my day open, gives me some energy to start the day, and helps me to make healthier decisions throughout the day – though I would like to try getting up a little earlier in the morning to get it done.  Check out Katie’s top 10 tips to get in an early morning workout here.
