There are some days where you might feel a little behind or like it’s taking awhile to get to where you want to be, and I think this is a great reminder that you’re on the right track. Whether it’s taking a long time to reach your goal or you’re feeling lost and don’t know if you’re moving in the right direction, you’re doing better than you think you are. You are living your life, doing the best you can. Some days may feel more productive than others, but that’s okay. Wherever you are, you have something to be proud of and no matter how slow you think you’re moving, you are doing okay.
Game Plan: Don’t take all of your past accomplishments for granted – take a moment and reflect on the things that you’re proud of and the goals you have reached so far. Too often we just look ahead and see how far we have to go, but it’s also important to reflect on how far we’ve come.
