It’s something to think about today as you encounter different people. Some may be people you love but take for granted, and some may be difficult people who we lose patience with or let the ruin our day. The idea is kind of like treating every day as if it were your last, but instead treating every interaction as if it may be your last. It not only spreads more love in the world, but it lightens your load and brings brightness to your day as well.
God makes people, people make issues, people aren’t issues. We’ll figure it out; go love everybody. – Bob Goff
Game Plan: In all of your interactions today, think about treating the other person as if they were going to be gone by midnight. It’s not meant to be a depressing exercise, but to pay attention to your relationships, let people know that you love them, say thank-you, compliment someone on their outfit or a presentation they gave, and forgive others when they hurt you. We never know how much time we will have with someone or what they are going through, and treating everyone with kindness and compassion is one of the best things we can do to improve the world.
